Rather close down

I have usally been happy with takealot but i have placed an order last week with 5 items where 3 have been cancelled by takealot due to no stock or some kind of a problem. But when i go on the site the items are still available? How is that possible all of them still available but takealot cancels them in my order? Please cancel all my orders then and refund my money because cleary takealot cannot deliver and i am spending my money at the wrong store! Useless! ! !
