Rat infested products

Do not recommend you buy this product from Takealot unless you want to receive a rat infested, chewed up product with no care from Takealot. My 1st order arrived all chewed up with rat poo everywhere, logged a return and Takealot sent me another one in even worse condition than the one before with the complimentary rat poo included for free.

When I declined to accept the package from the delivery guy he told me that the warehouse staff just handed it to him and told him to delivery knowing very well that it was chewed up and visible rat poo inside the packaging.

Very disappointed with Takealot and their corporate greed with not caring about their customers or reputation anymore.

Considering this product is intended for a baby and rat poo is highly poisonous for a baby is appalling that the staff just freely sent the package out without performing any sort of quality checks.
