RAF Sandwitch maker on Take a lot

Bought a sandwitch maker RAF and on the first night of using this product when making my first sandwitch ,when closing the sandwich maker the handle just broke clean of when cliping this product close. Wanted to return and they said it was user damage and they can't replace or refund the sandwitch maker. Would not recomend that sanwitch maker to anyone. Cost me to go and buy another one at PnP.
