****** MR DELIVERY

Hate to throw the race card but earlier today I expressed my disappointment at the poor service to Mr Delivery used by Takealot. I obviously agitated as my order never got delivered and then got cancelled. So Mr Delivery Morningside asked for my order number and the response received went along the lines that they called "my number"...which was the wrong number anyhow and a "black" lady answered and said she never order anything. Firstly, I doubled checked my order and my correct number is listed...secondly what does the race of a woman have to do with anything.... The customer service department needs mentorship clearly...
