R90 RETAINED DELIVERY FEE DESPITE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION

I paid R90 for next-day delivery (which was supposed to be today). However, upon completing the payment, the delivery date changed to the 24th of April. I immediately cancelled the order as I had specifically paid for next-day delivery but was now expected to receive the item three days later. Despite the immediate cancellation, Takealot has retained the R90 delivery fee. It is absolutely ridiculous because nothing was shipped or packed!
