R854 paid. Order cancelled. No refund or credit or notifications

<p>Had I not logged onto the account I wouldn't have known that this order was cancelled. On top of this, no refund or credit to the account. If an order is cancelled why no notification or credit/refund request? I find this highly frustrating. I'm not even sure what's happened to the funds? It's come off my bank account (13 Feb) but they don't even show receipt on the account. Which is highly unsettling because I paid via Masterpass and they are now requesting REPAYMENT when I've already paid R854. SO YOU'RE ASKING R1708 NOW??? OR ARE YOU JUST NOT READING WHEN I KEEP ASKING: WHY. IS. THE. R854. NOT. REFLECTING. ON. MY. ACCOUNT???? This is TERRIBLE service</p>
