R54 for an EFT refund...Give new meaning to Takealot!
Wait a minute!
I returned a purchased item and am now entitled to a refund or credit. Great!
Only issue is that Takealot now wants to charge me R54 for the transaction. I am NOT going to pay R54 for you to refund my money. Pathetic that you charge this to deter customers from refunding and rather settle for a credit thus keeping the money in the system so that you guys still end up getting a purchase.
If this is not waived, I will still refund but you can be damned sure I will NOT purchase from your site again!

24 Mar 2022, 20:26Today I received an email confirming my refund to my bank card. Something I did NOT approve until I took this matter further! Of course the refund was charged for at R54.
