R36S while I bought the R36 Max (Bait & Switch ****!)

I am really disappointed with how you treat people. I bought a retro console R36 Max and you sent me the R36S, which doesn't boot. Order number #***, I have requested that you unblock my account and I still cannot login to log a return. Why are you doing this?
