R3000 dishwasher missing

I ordered and paid for a dishwasher and corner protectors on 27 Nov. On 29 Nov I received an sms that my products will be delivered on 30 Nov. On 30 Nov I only received the corner protectors (delivered to the WRONG address), I asked the couriers - Dawn Wing, where the dishwasher is, they did not now, I also alerted them that they are at the wrong address. On 1 Dec I received a message that the dishwasher has been delivered - I immediately started with enquiries - BECAUSE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!! The couriers said it had been delivered, even provided proof of delivery - where it clearly says ONLY 1 PARCEL RECEIVED. Now nobody knows where my R3000 dishwasher of 37kg is.
