R25 to collect from a collection point? This is absurd!

Lately Takealot is charging R25 to deliver a parcel to a Takealot collection point. Does this mean that Takealot makes R25 on every collection. So a million collections t TO THEIR OWN COLLECTION POINTS mounts to R25m over a period of time. A restaurant cannot charge the patron R25 to move the food from the kitchen to the table? And, A mechanic cannot charge the customer R25 to move the car from the workshop to the parking area. Why are these overheads being charged to the customer? Are they doing this to exploit customers who dont question their business ethics?
