R14000.00 Refund Scandal

I ordered an Iphone 12, phone cover and screen protector instead they delivered 2 printer ink cartridges instead of the items I ordered. I requested for a refund on the 24th of August and I only got refunded for the screen protector and the refund for the 2 items were cancelled with no valid explanation. I’ve called the call centre several times and I always get told the same story that my issue will be escalated to the JHB warehouse after that I don’t get any feedback. I’ve spent over R14000 and I’ve only been refunded R170.
