R120 for same day.... Still waiting

I placed an order at 7:48 and paid the crazy price of R120 for same day delivery. It is now 16:15 and I have still not received my order. in fact its not even En route to me and I am leaving work in 45 minutes. of course there would be no contact number at all poor and awful customer service
