R100 overcharge plus other issues

Order *** Whilst on Takealot's shopping website on the evening of 3 Oct, I placed an Amazon Fire Stick in my cart at a price of R1199. I did not proceed any further and switched off my computer. The next morning I saw that Takealot had sent an email the previous evening @ 21h29 stating “You left items in your cart, do you still want them?”. The price of R1199 was repeated. On 4 Oct I proceeded to pay for this purchase and was charged R1299 – an extra R100? I searched Takealot’s Help Centre but could not find anywhere an email address for me to query this overcharge. I had to request an invoice – nothing received with the delivery. My credit card statement shows that I paid Takealot and yet the invoice received is from J and J Rewards (No Registration or Tax number nor any indication who the owner/s are) – no mention made of Takealot except the order number is the same as reflected on the confirmation of Takealot’s receipt of payment. Takealot offer a 6 month limited warranty. If J and J Rewards invoiced me how does this warranty work – who passed ownership of the purchase to me? The delivery within 1 day of order was exceptional service, but I was not asked to sign for receipt of the Takealot package, so there is no proof of delivery?
