R200 Visa **** - Takealot are *************

I was given a R200 voucher (Visa promotion) by email from Takealot that stated I had until 31 August 2019 to redeem. When I attempted to apply the coupon to a new purchase that comp**** with the stated specifications it was denied. When I approached the company for support, I was told that too many coupons had been redeemed and therefore I could not redeem mine. There was no indication in their communication with me that only a limited number of coupons could be redeemed and that there was a possibility that my coupon could not be redeemed. This is a total **** and I am truly saddened that this company can continue operating so dishonestly.
