Quick to take your money but not quick to refund you!

Takealot are very quick to take your money and even quicker to deliver but when it comes to returning something for a refund it's a DISASTER to say the least.

I had ordered a Polaroid Single Touch Active Smart Watch on 03 December 2019, it was delivered on 12 December 2019 (it was a Christmas present) 5 days after Christmas it all of a sudden just went off and wouldn't switch back on again even though the battery was on 95% and and even after attempting to put it on the charger to see if that wouldn't help, it didn't so I assumed it's faulty and immediately logged a return and refund with Takealot.

They came to collect the watch on the 03 January 2019..now they say collection/delivery at the warehouse is 1-2 days, inspection of the product is 1-3 days and a refund takes 24 hours to be in your account today is 07 January 2019 and I still do not have my money back in my account!

I have called them numerous times and all they say is that the watch is still with the couriers they will let me know once it's arrived at the warehouse but how can it still be with the f***ing couriers after so long!?

The worst part is I ordered another watch which I was unhappy with so I decided to return that one too I now have two items which I need a refund on. Wonder how long that's going to take very disapointed.
