Quick to take your money BUT incompitant to do a simple legitimate refund.

Logged a return for refund 2 hours after delivery as I was not happy with the product. After 5 business days of not receiving any feedback I logged into my account and discovered that the "Return declined after product evaluation. Please refer to the latest email communication for more information". Have been trying to contact them and eventually received a phone call to advise that they are trying to rectify and will get back to me. Still waiting. What nonsense! What horrible service!
