Quick to take money, Slow to deliver!

I have always been a loyal takealot customer for years. Until this year where I have received absolutely shocking delivery issues.

The most recent experience where I ordered online for COD. Told it would be delivered by a certain date. Only for me to receive notifications sating there would be delivery every day until I raised a query around the delivery not arriving. I actually cancelled a few things to ensure I was available for delivery. Then being told that we 'incorrectly picked' an item and actually cancelled it. I then arranged for it to be replaced - so a new order was raised with no ETA attached to it. Then the main order again was split out for items 'lost in transit' so yet again another order number. Finally today the original order comes through and I need to pay the full COD covering all the items (which I have not received yet). So now I'm waiting on other orders where the COD amount is now paid. But I just know that I am going to be asked to pay AGAIN for it as Takealot cannot manage their orders or deliveries. Please get back to me asap and fix my issues and send me my outstanding items.
