Quick to take money, but not return it

<p>I bought an item, which stopped working, i returned it and got an email they will credit my account, not my credit card. When i wanted to buy something else, my credit was not there, i called them and they then said my cresit was processed back to my credit card. I went and looked at my bank statements and the credit was not there. I clled them back and the customer services desk told me that he could see the credit did not go through and would rectify and let me know... well, abut 1 week later and i still dont have my credit and spoke to another lady this time, and she says the credit was posted to credit card, i told her takealot people said it didnt go through and she said it did... so now i still dont have my money and i have 2 different employees from the same company telling me different stories</p>
