Quick to take but don't refund!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a picnic table which when delivered didn't fit the space I wanted it and was collected 10th Feb but what a struggle to get my money back. They quick to take your money but a problem to refund me my money back. 3 logged requests and promises I'll get feedback but nothing. Super disappointed in Takealot and won't be buying from them ever again.
