I logged a call for a return which got cancelled twice, not sure why. The third time I was given a date for collection , I made sure I am at home but no one pitched. This has now been going on for 2 weeks where I get told tomorrow, tomorrow blah blah blah. Although takealot is convenient and simple I will rather purchase at reputable in-store retailers. Oh and BTW , still have the faulty heater a month later and they still have my money .
