Quick to deliver but returning a product its a hustle

i logged in a request for return which was apporoved and the parcel was supposed to be collected on the 28 of December. It was never collected om the 29 i called Mr express asking why it was not collected the call center attendant told it me it was scheduled for the next day and it was never collected. a week passed by on the 6th when i called again to track the status of collection i was told that the corrier company logged that the parcel was bot ready for collection which is a pure lie cos u have been waitung for collection which never happened
