Quick Pick up point

I ordered a Dell monitor last week Wedneday for a collection at the Westlake pick up point. The date for collection was Friday which perfect as I finish up work early on Fridays. Got message to say it was ready for the collection for Thursday instead which super awesome however couldn't make for Thursday. I must say arriving on Friday I was met with friendly faces and greetings and I stood for a for seconds and off I was with my new monitor. Really quick and easy which is appreciated.
