Quick Great Service

I had a faulty unit that I took back. They accepted it, inspected it and cleared it for refund(replacement in my case, they luckily still had stock) all within 3 hours.

There was a bit of a miscommunication about delivery or collection but it was soon sorted out and I received my brand new functioning product this morning. Four days later. That's great service.
