Quick easy replacement
I ordered two battery-powered lanterns (for load-shedding), and one of them arrived with a cracked case. TakeALot's online site provided a simple form to request a replacement and the item was speedily replaced (with the courier who delivered the replacement taking the broken item back).<br> <br> I've been nervous about online ordering and how such problems would be dealt with, but no more with TakeALot!
