Quick and efficient returns process for faulty security cameras

Had a system of home security cameras delivered by takealot but one of the cameras were faulty by displaying the video stream as red/pink. The takealot returns procedure was so effortless - on the mobile applications it just needed to be logged and by the second business day the pickup courier was at my office to collected the broken set and to deliver the replacement unit.
