questionable business practices

I ordered and item on their website. The item was not delivered and when I accessed their webiste to trace the progress of my order, I saw that the order had been cancelled. The item is now listed on their website at a higher price comparred to what I ordered. What makes this matter tem times worse, is their refusal to engage with me on the matter...really questionable business practices there. I wont be making use of their services again.
