Questionable accounting practices

This is a bit of an odd review. The prices at Takealot are in many cases very good as long as you do your homework, and generally there are no complaints about the delivery service. However, when ordering products that are vat deductable (say stationary) in my business name from one of their 3rd part suppliers, Takealot refuse to issue an invoice in the name of Takealot but rather an ******* invoice in the name of their supplier which does not include the full amount. I have mailed them a number of times and just get no response. With the current ***** an *******ion going on in SA and Takealot in many ways purporting to offer a 1st world service I would have expected a more accurate and legal approach to their invoicing system so that both parties' books of accounting are correct.
