Query closed, but parcel not received

<p>Good Day,<br />I placed my order on the evening of the 21st. Delivery was scheduled for today - 26th June 2017.<br />I am currently on maternity leave.. and waited around the whole day for my parcel, which hasn't arrived and been re-scheduled for deliver for tomorrow. When I clicked on the link to rate the service I received - a notification appears and says cannot rate service, query closed?<br />This is not acceptable! I wasted a whole day! It's the first time that I am making use of takealot and I'm very disappointed and won't be using your services again.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p>Tamaryn Trytsman </p>
