Queired missing part of order got nonsensical response

Oder number: ********** 0 Ordered a Poynting Direct LTE Antenna which was to include a mounting pole as per product description. Queried this with Takealot and someone named chad jones contacted me to advise that the Vacuum Cleaner????? I bought does not come with a Mounting pole. I have sent two subsequent emails which have been totally ignored by mr chad jones.. Makes me feel like Taking less not takealot in the long run..
