Quality is getting poorer and poorer

I've been using takealot for years, but of late, they're service and quality of products is pathetic. Bought one of those portable massage machines and it was broken when it arrived. Today i received a nappy bag that i had ordered a few days ago. The bag is dirty and has an odour... you can tell it's second hand. Disgusting!!!
