Quality and standards pathetic

Absolutely terrible experience with take alot. Ordered items of which said will be delivered 2 May, on tracking reflects as delivered (misleading) however not all goods received one came as a defect, Kalima manzi has not to this time given me any indication of delivery, was oblivious to my concern and has blatantly ignored and not addressed presentably to me as a customer. Has not escalated actively to my request. Then has the audacity though not delivering according to their values, says I need to log a request of return to the defected item and if not all in order will not be processed. Quality and standards very questionable towards take alot at this time. I have always ordered from them but get no customer service when actually required. Extremely upset and appalled
