****PY SERVICE AT takealot

YHUUUU such bad service this takealot, what's even worse was my first time buying from them. I bought 2 items 3weeks ago and they were suppose to deliver on the 6th or 7th and then the morning of that day received an sms saying it will be delivered between 8-5 but an hour later got another sms telling me it was delivered at the wrong hub so it will need to be re-routed. Fine waited the next day I get a call from a guy who said he had my parcels from takealot so he wanted to make sire of the address and directions and I dis so, but never got my parcel and I sent hem several emails, tried calling them to no avail until I got a response saying my address is out of reach and I asked them if I could go and pick it up coz can see that it's in Vincent and am in gonubie 15minutes away from me and the did not respond until was told again after numerous emails that will be delivered on the 15th and still they did not and I sent them another email and they came back saying it was damaged so do I need replacement or credit what what and I asked them to replace it with something else because they weren't clear if they still have them on the same price that I had bought them and they said no, will need to replace with the same things I had bought and I said okay then. now am waiting for them to respond again as I have seen that both the things I had ordered price have gone up...
