Putrid Service

I placed an order for an Iconix baby carrier. On Monday the courier delivered what seems to be a baby tooth box. I contacted takealot to sort the confusion out...still waiting on them to clear it up. I then proceeded to go to the warehouse and return the incorrect product. The lady at returns told me the product is in stock and I can collect it tomorrow. When I returned home I received an email stating the item us out of stock and my account was credited with the amount paid. However when i went on the website again and searched for the product, it was available in the Cape Town warehouse but for a higher price than I originally paid. This gives me the indication that even though Takealot messed up my order, they were not prepared to resolve it and give me my original order for the price it was advertised for hence **** and told me the item was out of stock. Putrid service to a regulator shopper of more than 6 years.
