Putrid Service

On the 29/06/2021 I had to purchase a item online threw a insurance claim. On this day I spoke to a gentlemen by the name of Kieren to assist with the item and he confirm that they had this item in stock and that it was the last one and on the website also stated in stock. he advise to do the payment ASAP, which it did. On the 30/06/2021 I receive and email to say my order is cancelled because they don't; have stock. Up till today I asked for a manager to call and I am still waiting. How can your website says there is stock and a staff employee as confirm. I am in need of this item and take a lot has no compassion for their client. I will never try to purchase anything again from you guys and nor will I recommend you. Your service model sucks. Order number ***7 .
