PUTRID RETURN SERVICE

I ordered a couch from Takealot and it was NOTHING at all like the picture - I requested a return so that the correct one can be delivered - each time the driver comes to collect my order - they do not bring the correct vehicle and are expecting us to re-wrap a HUGE couch. They dont specify an exact time for collection, so we have to take time off work and wait around only for them to rock up each time with the incorrect vehicle - and no one is able to arrange for the next driver to be notified. We are loosing out on income waiting around!!!! You call, all they say is we will escalate. I need them to sort this out, or they are going to pay my lost salary at the end of the month!
