PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVIVE LEVELS FROM TAKEALOT

I ordered a computer box to view Netflix etc from my TV and it was delivered. It worked for a few weeks and died. I sent it back for replacement but the geniuses at Takealot said it was OK and returned it to me as "working" Since that time I have not been able to even connect to my TV Not a single response from ANYONE at the company and all I get is their blurb about how passionate they are about their customers. The moment I get a refund, if i dont die first, i will NEVER use Takealot again. Their promises mesn NOTHING. Their so call customer service is PUTRID Their level of care is totslly NEGATIVE And to cap it all - they hide behind a barrage of emails that never get answered and you CANNOT contact a living soul to state your case yet get onlythe most feeble excuses/ My level of despar is HUGE snd my disappointment even more so. They are well named: Take A Lot BUT...they deliver ZILCH!!!!
