Pure disrespect and utter incompetence

I once bought a baby carrier at take a lot and I requested for it to be returned as it came with a different colour to what I have ordered. To my surprise they sent the same thing with the same colour. I recently bought a baby walker and the same thing occurred where the product came with incomplete accessories. I got in touch with the provider complaining about their bad service and reviewed the product however my review was not published yet it met all their requirements in terms of review rules and the language used. They logged a return for the product and their incompetency was just at another level. The product is still missing accessories so why were they still acting like they care about clients when all they want is for one to purchase their products which are falsely advertised since they do not come as advertised.
