Purchased Book and Takealot fail to deliver

Good day, Purchased the book on the 19 August 2026 and the delivery was supposed to be 20 August 2026 then got an update the book was delivered to wrong address and they have to reschedule. I didn’t get a call of such wrong address while my numbers and address on Takealot is clear. Today the order is out to reach correct destination and yet to receive a call to be told wrong address how is this possible when everything is stated. Don’t we do due diligence and consider the needs of clients making such orders. I have to be at the book launch on Wednesday 26 August 2026 and yet I don’t have any book on my hand. I sacrificed not to go to the office and yet to be receiving such inconvenience deliveries.
