purchased a book which not compatible with IBOOKS
Purchased a book on Saturday.
Unable to download the book as my 1 year old iPad mini is not able to download the version of Adobe Reader.
I requested a refund and was told by John that in terms of their policy I am unable to get a refund for the purchase of an eBook

I find this totally unacceptable as I have not been able to download the book and so have not been able to read it. I would like to know what the consumer council will have to say about this
