Purchased a 100m reel of LED strip lights

Purchased a 100m reel of LED strip lights. I had to wait over a week for it to be delivered. I then had an electrician come over to install it. Upon installation electrician noticed that the 10 LED connectors which were was supposed to be included, were missing. I logged a return due to ‘Missing Parts’ and asked for a replacement. All I really needed were the 10 missing connectors which would have allowed the electrician to then come back, and finish his job. Takealot simply took the item back and refunded the amount paid, no replacement delivered and no communication explaining why. If I now need to order the item again, I’d have to wait well over a week, and then there’s no guarantee that it will come with the 10 connectors. If I had known how poorly Takealot would deal with this issue, I would have just ordered additional connectors instead of being altogether, delayed by weeks!
