Purchase order cancelation after price increase.

Why when a price is stated on the Takealot app and you pay for the product, if the price changes the order is just cancelled. I purchased a razor on the 26th Sep for delivery on 8th Oct. I see the price is increased on the app and my order is cancelled without explination and a credit added to my account? This is bad service, I want the razor not the credit.
