Order items from Takealot 4 weeks ago, The deliver company came to flora center and left because he could not reach me on my cell. I tried to contact the driver immediately however the courier company allows a delivery person to operate without a cellphone and the delivery man used some random persons cell to call me That already is a breech as an unknown person to me now has my cellphone details due to pure laziness of the driver, he didn't bother to inquire at center management about the address and just ******ed off. FURIOUS with the call center as they are all masters at not taking accountability or responsibility. Beast part even the SO CALLED MANAGERS cannot help you names Deen , TIMOTHY, cc agents huge frustrations...... ANother day my child is disappointed....
