Please note that I am not a frequent customer of Takealot and made use of your service before the lock-down to have access to essential products for my elderly mother (I could not find any stock in the shops and your website indicated that you had stock available). I made this purchase from you on recommendation of my brother, a frequent customer from you.

I can assure you that I will never again buy anything products from you especially after receiving no notification that you will not be able to deliver on the 8th of April and now I must learn you will no be able to deliver the dippers at all.
