Puppy food lost in Transit

I ordered 18kg Optimizor 2-1 Puppy food from Takealot on 23rd December 2021knowing I was going to need more for the mother to produce good milk for the pups. When ordered and paid, the product was available, however delivery was to be 3rd January 2022. The other item ordered arrived on 3rd January but not the food. I went onto the site to check the status of this order and noticed it moved to the 6th. I have just ran out of her puppy food and had to start giving her the dads normal adult food. I called Takealot on the 5th and was promised delivery on 7th January 2022 and nothing. I called again on the 7th and the lady said she is not sure why it was not yet delivered, but will escalate it and will send me the email of our discussion. This did not happen and no status on the food order. The adult dog food has now finished and I am still waiting for this dog food and gave them time till Monday 10th January 2022. I called again on 10th January and the lady said the food was lost in transit and that she will escalate it to their replacement department and that she will send me an email of the discussion. Today is 12th January 2022, I am still waiting for the email or food or status. I have to make them normal pap now with some of the wet dog food which also now finishes today. I literally used the last bit of my loan money to buy this food from Takealot as I knew they would deliver it as we normally never have a problem, but I was clearly wrong. It is now a week and half late, the puppies are losing weight, the mother is not producing the amount of milk required to feed the pups even with the Protexin Soluble and milk I give her extra once a day and I do not have the money to buy the MilkoPup. I mean seriously, I have stressed with every single call how urgent this is and they just do not seem to care as they are just not solving this problem with the urgency it requires. If I knew of anyone selling this in the region I am in I would have ordered it directly but unfortunately only adult food was available in the region, hence me ordering it from Takealot. I am so dissapointed in this lot...
