Puppet Response

For the most part they are excellent until a recent experience. I bought my daughter a pair of new school shoes and due to several reasons we did not try them on and when we did they were too big. Upon discovery I tried to exchange (not return) and received a stupid standard response referring to the policy states. The person responding did not even consider the circumstances etc or that the product is still very much in stock and standard brand. I can say in this instance due to training or lack thereof the team at Takealot has been more than disappointing. As a loyal customer buying a lot of items through them I will be looking into other options of deliveries and online vendors with this kind of ridiculous response. Very very disappointed at such an outcome and now stuck with a very nice lot of school shoes that can not be exchanged as the Policy States.
