Punishment for being honest

<p>I purchased and paid for a HP printer via takealot.com on the 3rd May.</p> <p>The incorrect printer was delivered 6th May.</p> <p>Takealot collected the incorrect printer which was double the price of the ordered printer on Monday 9th May.</p> <p>Today being the 27th May, the correct printer has still not been despite escalating the problem to two different team leaders.</p> <p>The services received and the manner in which this has been handled is unacceptable!!</p> <p>Takealot made the error and I feel like I am being punished for being honest. I should of taken the more expensive printer atleast then I would have a printer instead of been without a printer for 23 days!!!</p>
