Punished for Poor Choice of Words Because I've Never Had This Problem Before

I bought a bunch a watch straps to try out with a Samsung Galaxy Classic 4 which the webpage said would work, and when I got them I opened them up to try them out. They all had the same problem - they rubbed against the watch face. I put them back in the packaging as best I could and sent them back. My mistake was clicking on 'changed my mind' rather than one of the others. Anyway, when I heard from them again it was for only one watch. When I questioned this I was told I had opened the packaging on the others, which doesn't meet with their standards. Basically, I'm being punished for clicking the wrong thing, and no matter how many people I speak to, this doesn't get through.
