pulling the wool over ones eyes

I ordered 6v solar batteries from takealot at an advertised price of R10,00 of which I ordered 3, they inturn sent 3 LED flower liight with the 5ah solar gelll battery barcode sticker, now they are refusing to replace the battries saying the items are not available, because they mistakenly advertised then at R10 and cannot sourse then at a much higher price.
