PS4 control

Ordered a PS4 control on Wednesday, called the same day to return it. I got a message saying that they will collect the next day (Thursday), got a message saying tried to collect but that’s not true. Friday same situation, I called Takealot and spoke to some lady and I asked her to send a complaint and please included me in the email, she failed to do that. Shocking service
