I placed an order on Takealot.com and by mistake I ordered the wrong product as there are 3 suppliers supplying the similar or the same product. I phoned Takealot.com and the lady explained the process to follow and I received an email as well. My order was canceled, credit was loaded and I could immediately re-order the correct product. And this was done on a public holiday!Well done Takealot.com!
